“We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 14 day “no quibble” guarantee”

If  any point you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable for your needs, you may notify us to cancel the contract within a total 14 days after the day of receipt of  your team or item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) backincluding all the packagaing. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

The return address is on the postage label on the front of the package.

As soon as you have paid, We, Maxi pro & PayPal will email you to let you know it’s been received and as soon as we’ve shipped your order, we’ll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

All items are sent on a Royal Mail 48 daily which can take 2-3 days. If you upgrade to 1st class this can be 1-2 days.We send all items each day before 2pm Monday to Saturday.

Saturday cut off time can be earlier if the Postie has a light mail delivery day ie Midday is the earliest he has got to us.Please make sure your paypal address/ and order is correct, we cannot change the address or order after you have paid, as the order goes direct to a remote printer for packing at a packing station.

Our payment gateway is , we take most forms of credit card VIA PayPal this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal, please check your full address before you pay especially  if it has a house number name or street.

If your address is incomplete please request a cancellation of the order, or we have to wait for the item to be returned by Royal Mail , we may ask you to pay postage to resend it again.We cannot refund or resend the item before it is returned to us by Royal Mail as the address was incorrect, this may take up to 7 / 10 days.

Incorrect / change of address are not covered by the eBay Money back Guarantee if you have paid with Paypal and supplied incomplete or different address to your Paypal address on file.
